Why host an unoffical reporting system?

Due to unprecedented censorship of media and information that does not follow the mainstream consensus. TrialSite is not against vaccines. We are in favor of unbiased and uncensored discourse and opinion from medical and other experts.

Is my information private?

Your personal information is private and will not be discussed to any party without your permission.

How will the data be used?

The data will be used to report an adverse events in aggregate without disclosing the individual information of each individual.

Can I get access to the database of events?

Once we have sufficient volume of data, we will make the data available to interested parties in aggregate numerical form.

What events should be reported?

We encourage you to report any clinically important medical event or health problem that occurs after vaccination. Report the adverse event even if you are not sure if it was a result of vaccination.

Who can report an event?

We accept reports from anyone. Patients, parents, caregivers and healthcare providers (HCP) are encouraged to report adverse events after vaccination even if it is not clear that the vaccine caused the adverse event.
