UCSD Study Finds Anti-Cancer Gene Might Actually Fuel Cancer Growth

Researchers at University of California, San Diego have found that a cancer fighting gene known as the “guardian of the genome” promotes certain tumors!  This means that drugs that affect its activity may backfire in some cases, fueling a tumor’s growth. Follow the link for more details.
