The University of Arkansas is concerned about the proliferation of regulations governing research data. They suspect a growing number of principal investigators are as well and hence, they have created a research data management survey just for principal investigators receiving federal research grants. In order to better understand challenges facing the University of Arkansas researchers, representatives from the University ITS, University Libraries and the Office of Research and Innovation formed a task force to do something about it. They will be sending an anonymous survey about research data management practices. They hope principal investigators can take the time to fill out this important survey. Principal investigators drive research, and their voice needs to be heard.
Hosted on the Qualtrics platform, the survey will take about 15 to 20 minutes to fill out. The survey process will end on October 13, 2020. If you receive an invitation to participate the University of Arkansas they will expect a response in a timely manner. They want principal investigator voices heard.
