UK Groups Take on Moderna Children’s Clinical Trial Testing Latest mRNA Vaccine for COVID-19

UKMFA and the Children's Covid Vaccine Advisory Council (led by Dr Ros Jones) have sent an open letter, signed by over 120 doctors, scientists and healthcare professionals to the Chief Executives and Chairmen of all NextCOVE trial participating centres and NHS Trusts, Dame June Raine (MHRA CEO) and the Chairs of all Local Research Ethics Committees, expressing significant concerns regarding this trial of Moderna booster vaccines being carried out on UK children aged 12-17 years.
