Sansone v. DeSantis: Psychologist Tries to Stop COVID-19 Jabs in Florida, Cites Top Bioweapons by Legal Expert

On March 3, 2024, Joseph Sansone, a psychologist who is representing himself, filed a Writ in the Florida Supreme Court seeking to compel the state’s governor Ron DeSantis to halt any distribution of COVID-19 vaccines in Florida. Sansone’s allegations include the claim that these products are unlawful bioweapons or weapons of mass destruction. Afterward, the Florida Supreme Court transferred the case to a Circuit Court, which dismissed the claim. On May 27, Sansone filed an appeal with the federal First District Court of Appeal. The filings included an Affidavit from Francis A. Boyle, a top expert in the law of bioweapons and weapons of mass destruction, to which we return below.
