ABK3376: The Next Generation EGFR Inhibitor Poised for Clinical Trials

Earlier this week, Chinese company Abbisko Therapeutics (a subsidiary of Heyu Cayman Co. Ltd; HKEX code: 02256) reported that their ABK3376, a new generation of EGFR oral small molecule inhibitor independently discovered and developed in cooperation with Allist Pharmaceuticals, has been approved by the China National Medical Products Administration (NMPA) for the first human Phase I clinical trial for the treatment of non-small cell lung cancer with EGFR-C797S resistance mutation.
