I’m being represented by America’s Frontline Doctors in a lawsuit against Walgreens and kroger for refusing to fill my prescriptions for hcq and azithromycin in April 2020, when I was home suffering from critical covid19 infection. I refused to go to the hospital since all I was hearing about as far as treatment was what I call SAVUD.

It took a 6 day fb campaign by friends and followers to finally get the state pharmacy board to intervene on my behalf. Governor Beshear ignored all communications.

I’ve been told that pharmacies can make their own rules as long as they are at least as stringent as rules put in place by the state board of pharmacy. I’d check and see if your state board has issued new mandates.
