My long term girlfriend who is only 22 and completly healthy was unfortunately pressured into taking the jab (Moderna). I gave her NAC, Vitamin D, Quercetin and Zink for the first shot. Furthermore our usual Vitamin B complex, DHA/EPA (Algae), Iodine (Kelp) and Magnesium/Calcium. She is also mostly on a plant based diet and we tried to keep it extra clean for the 3 weeks after the jab to limit inflammation and maximixe detox. Also lots of Pineaplle for Bromelain.

She still did develop a Covid Arm which was painfull but bearable. She had a rash 3 days after at the injection side that dissapeared 2 days later and came back on day 10 and dissapeared 5 days later again. (It might came back after stopping Quercetin?) She also had a migraine on day 9 but probably unrelated.

The second shot is now coming up. From reading up on Immunology I am worried sick about an overly aggressive Immune response since also her adaptive immune system now has been primed. I don’t want the antibodies, cytotoxic T-Cells and NK-killer cells to possibly wreak havoc on her ovaries, spleen and bone marrow… We are thinking about dopping Quercetin and giving her Tylenol (Paracetamol) which has to be shown to “suppress immune function to antigens” but also lowered the antibodies to 26 % in a study when given prior (or probably shortly after) the shot (Hep B). https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC4045752/#pone.0098175-Sallusto1

I am just worried about the hepatoxicity of Tylenol and if it will have any detrimental effect on the clearance of the LNP? And I guess that cells that are expressing the spikes should and cannot be prevented to be killed anyways right? There was a video from Doctor Mike Hansen on Youtube of a woman how took (possibly high doses of) Tylenol after the vaccine and died of liver failure so thats scary. I am quite sure though that the hepatoxisity of Tylenol is neutralised when given with NAC and we are only thinking on giving her a small dose of 500mg a couple of hours before and after the jab. https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/26250417/

Also a friend who works in a hospital took Tylenol before and after the jab and did comparatively well and I guess she was advised to do so. What are your thoughts? Should we stay with the first regimen or add in Tylenol? Any thoughts are greatly appreciated.

Thank you @square-james . I know that is what I keep telling her but the coercion is too strong, it’s beyond frustrating.

I wish you all the best for your health and that your symptoms will eventually fade! Did you take the second one in the same arm or did you switch and retrospective what do you think is best? It was in the left arm because she is right handed. But I am thinking that there might be a stronger reaction if it is the same arm so that we should switch. On the other hand it would be worse if something happens to the right arm.

Maybe we should add in Tylenol and still stay with the anti-inflammatory Quercetin. Did anyone else have any experience with Tylenol?

From my understanding Vitamin D is important to keep the immune system in check. “Vitamin D promotes regulatory or suppressor T-cell populations with the capacity to inhibit inappropriate immune responses that cause disease”. So it helps the immune system to not overeact and unneccessarily kill healthy cells. And Vitamin C reduces inflammation and might play a role in reducing binding to the spike protein. Vitamin B12 is important to take on a plant based diet.
