I gave her NAC, Vitamin D, Quercetin and Zink for the first shot. Furthermore our usual Vitamin B complex, DHA/EPA (Algae), Iodine (Kelp) and Magnesium/Calcium. She is also mostly on a plant based diet and we tried to keep it&hellip;</p>
