I haven’t taken any jab yet but I’m planning to get one because I’m planning to travel soon and a vaccine passport will be required. This is the only reason why I’m taking the jab but still scared the hell out of me on the side effects. Here’s what I’m taking to prep and will continue taking even after the jab. Vitamin D (4,000 IU), Vitamin C (1000 mg), N-Acetyl-Cysteine (NAC) 500mg, Probiotic, Melatonin (10mg) and B12 (I’m on a plant-based diet). This protocol should be enough to boost my immune system. I’m more interested in NAC as there are some studies against COVID-19. Also, it helps to detox your body from metals and other toxins from vaccines. It helps your body produce glutathione which is your own body’s antioxidant powerhouse.

Can’t find it on Amazon.com? Is this a coincidence? If you can’t find Betadine, try Salinex Protect but this might not be also in the US as this is made in Canada. Alternatively, try <b style=”font-family: inherit; font-size: inherit;”>Xlear Nasal Spray with Xylitol, not iota carrageenan based but there are studies that Xylitol is also as effective as carrageenan. Good luck!
