    My friend’s niece, upon her OBGYNs advice, was vaccinated prior to giving birth. Her daughter was born with a heart condition. My friend is surprised that in one has reached out to her or discussed the possibility of the vaccine causing the baby’s heart xL sit in. Should they self report the the baby’s heart issues to VAERS? Anyone they should reach it?
