Hospital Wins Against Dying Plaintiff & Wife Pleading for Ivermectin

An unvaccinated man lay dying in the hospital as his wife pleaded for Springfield, IL-based Memorial Medical Center to treat the patient, 61-year-old Randy Clouse. On a ventilator for at least four weeks, Mrs. Clouse took legal action against the hospital as they declared administering ivermectin would convert the patient into a "human guinea pig." Now a county circuit judge, Adam Gigani, denied the request for an injunction against the hospital.

According to many mainstream media, ivermectin is the purview of right-wing loons, "Trumpets" and other assorted misfits, but they don't share that major academic medical centers, government agencies, and even now some biotech firms are testing ivermectin-based candidates against COVID-19.

But Memorial Medical Center's attorney retorted that ivermectin was "unproven and potentially safe." Clouse's wife worked with a telemedicine practice run by Dr. Alan Baine, who testified to support the plaintiffs, reports Dean Olsen writing for The State Journal-Register.
