In my country they applied it already for a month.
Many people panic rushed to take the vaccine as they were afraid they will be blocked off from activities. I am not sure how long people honestly believed something can be kept up. I personally was ready to cut off myself from activities for the next 1 year.
After 1 month when they abolished the passport requirement all the vaccinated were extremely frustrated that they were tricked into taking the vaccine.
This is my experience. They say in October they want to reintroduce the passports. Again. I am ready for 1+ year.
