I would inquire with someone living in China. I understand that they will allow foreign travelers into the country on the condition that you remain in isolation for 14 days. Beyond that time period you will be free to come out. So if you can confirm with someone living there that at this stage you can get vaccinated, then I suppose you meet your job requirement, right? I don’t think there is shortage for the Chinese version of vaccines, as I heard the Chinese there are all foolishly demanding the western version vaccines. Hong Kong is another possibility you may want to look into.
