I have been having discussions with my MD friends and others and they can’t get over the weak evidence and negative news article surrounding ivermectin. There are articles stating Ivermectin is being used population wide (several come from trialsite) but I rarely see official articles published. For example, Goa decided to use it statewide – and then stopped using it. I didn’t see any official statement stating efficacy or lack thereof.

Also, with Mexico and Mexico city – are there actual studies by their Health officials stating it’s effective or not? Even Anecodtally? As a believe in Ivermectin, I’m prone to confirmation bias in my sources and am just looking for a source that’s official from the government/health department in areas that have used it widely.

Any websites or articles would be appreciated

There is on Dr Kory’s site just do a simple google search for him and it will come up . Personally on Thurs I tested neg for Covid yet had major chest pain surrounding my lungs especially under my arms and all over my back. to my lower rib cage by Sunday I messaged a friend of mine I knew had been treated successfully with ivermectin at George County Community Health Center in Lucedale , MS along with thousands of other people with 100% success with Covid being eliminated from the body in 48 hours with a 24 hour after first dose of feeling fantastic. Their words not mine . They had been dispensing 6 day prescriptions of Ivermectin since January for all new covid cases. Any how we had been speaking on Friday and she got her online prescription for Ivermectin as a prophylaxis that day. So Sunday she gave me 4 pills at 3mg each. I took two immediately . which was 5pm by 4 am after being awake most of the night i decided to try and get some sleep as I felt worse than before I slept for 4 hours waking at 8am expecting to go to either doctor or emergency room but when I woke I felt fantastic. MY WORDS 99% better just a few minutes ago I took my second dose of 6mg . I had spoken with my PA in January about ivermectin asking what her thoughts were . Her reply “amazing” she had a bad case at the beginning of January and her mother who is a missionary had just come back with Ivermectin from Mexico and gave her two pills 6mg she took one felt “fantastic” 24 hours later took her second dose and tested negative for Covid in 48 hours after her first dose so on the third day. So tomorrow if I find your question again I will update my answer . Now truthfully the NIH and the CDC are actively downplaying Ivermectin with fake news … Pfizer made 7-8 billion in the last quarter just on their vaccines.in the USA Ivermectin when I checked in January was 30 doses for 50$ if you did not have insurance so 1.67 per pill or dose. Friday when my friend had her filled it was 2$ a pill by today it had gone up to 5$ a pill. Now when they shipped loads of it off to Africa to cure river blindness it was sent free of charge. It is cheap natural comes from the soil. There were studies and trials done in Africa on pregnant women and the use of Ivermectin during their pregnancies it was found to be perfectly safe after 8 weeks in the first trimester with no ability to pass through the placental barrier. It is really time to start shouting out to the government that enough is enough! They authorize use of an unproven vaccine with unknown consequences which they developed in the 1970’s and deemed ineffective. took it out and dusted it off and pushed it on a gullible public. Yet they won’t use a medication that has been safely used for years even after trials and studies prove that it works both to eliminate Covid in the body quickly and acts as a prophylaxis!

Do you think your major chest pains were due to anxiety or stress ? It’s funny but I had a similar experience to you. Our family was exposed several times 30+min in a car with someone who’s symptoms started that evening. I was feeling sick and my anxiety went through the roof. I was testing negative (pcr) and decided to take a dose of ivm anyways. I could feel my back/chest pain alleviate as I laid down after taking the dose. I felt great the next day, but had received two PCR negatives so I never had covid.

I think it was all in my head. Looking into vaccines ,covid, delta vs alpha, cases, etc has really put my mind in the gutter. I’ve noticed anxiety like never before. Kory’s recent tweets about IVM not working in the hospital changed my perception of IVM. It was supposed to be so great, but they never shared Dr. Varon’s ER room stats on how IVM worked even anecdotally. Dr. Varon also goes on MSNBC and whatever news station and plugs the vaccine nonstop. Maybe it works early and there is some benefit, but definitely not like Kory and Weinstein discussed on their podcast.

I only consider overnight hospitalisation as a more or less valid statistics in the current pandemic. I think many people have a mental panic regarding covid. So when symptoms or positive test shows up they go into panic and that’s why emergency visits are skyrocketing.

Look in this archive for more information.

Here is one of many papers on ivermectin:

Probably the best thing is this Bryant et. al. meta-analysis of 15 randomized controlled trials (RCTs) including >2000 patients which showed that ivermectin prevented the majority (62%) of COVID-19 deaths. Ivermectin deniers will probably bring up the retraction of the Elgazzar RCT which was included in this meta-analysis, but even after excluding the Elgazzar RCT, the remaining 14 studies still show that ivermectin prevented the majority of COVID-19 deaths, though the effect size drops just a little. Plus, several of these RCTs didn’t allow ivermectin’s full potential to be reached as they only administered a single dose, which is certainly not ideal but much better than no ivermectin; it’s highly analogous to insisting on only 1 mRNA vaccine dose to assess vaccine efficacy.

Unfortunately, a large fraction of the medical establishment is deeply biased against non-conventional therapies especially for deadly diseases, no matter what evidence exists. Pre-COVID, they held the same bias against the Vitamin C + thiamine + hydrocortisone sepsis protocol developed by Dr. Marik (FLCCC leader). A double-blind RCT published in JAMA which administered Vitamin C alone ignoring the other components still showed a large mortality benefit (though mortality remained much higher than the 5-10% that Marik observed at his own hospital using his exact complete protocol), so the deniers’ only argument was to keep repeating that mortality was not the “primary endpoint” of the JAMA RCT, as if that somehow changes the large mortality benefit that the RCT found.

RE: Also, with Mexico and Mexico city – are there actual studies by their Health officials stating it’s effective or not?

The paper was published by Mexico’s top health authorities. It’s a huge study of 200k people. The assertion that all ivermectin trials are small is a full-blown lie. There is far more medical evidence for the mortality reduction of ivermectin than there is for any medicine of any kind for any indication ever in the history of the world.

Go to FLCCC.net and look at the info there.

It’s so easy to find this info — are you just a complaining bot?

Thank you for the Mexico city study – I was looking for something like that. Sorry you are so angry and think everything is a conspiracy

The problem with confirmation bias, is that when you look at certain info you will confirm your bias. Trialsitenews, the desertreview, and some other sites are obviously biased toward ivermectin. There are published studies on respectable journals that are for and against ivermectin. There are metastudies that are for and against ivermectin. There are metastudies, that if you take the Egypt study out of, loses a lot of it’s benefit.

I was looking for the Mexico city one because you can’t find any official documents about it. This is more a “findings” than study, but still it’s great that it’s hosted on the Mexico governments website. I would love to see something like that posted from Goa or other government entities. Everyone just says Ivermectin works – look at India while not recognizing that most Covid waves have been up and down in a similar pattern.
