Euro CDC: Post AZ TTS death more likely in younger than death because of covid?

I’ trying to understand something about this modeling study regarding AZ (Vaxzevria):

It is based on available data and states the following:

When Vaxzevria was used in younger age groups, the benefit–risk balance was no longer as favourable and even reversed in the younger age groups. For instance, using Vaxzevria in the entire adult population would avert four (95% PI: 2–7) COVID-19 deaths in the 18–29 year-olds and six (95% PI: 3–8) in the 30–39 year-olds, but it would be associated with 12 (95% PI: 7–19) and nine (95% PI: 6–14) deaths from TTS in these age groups, respectively.

So where is the catch? Younger will contribute their risk to save older probably. However we hear that all those blood clot related symptoms are x times more common in Covid than in any vaccine. This ECDC study seems to suggest that DEATH related to post vaccine TTS can be more common than Covid death itself in young populations. So more TTS in Covid, but more TTS deaths in vaccines? Anybody can uncover the mystery? 🙂
