Can someone explain the low hospitalization rates?

I read https://trialsitenews.com/should-you-get-vaccinated
If the vaccine’s benefits are actually small when you take into account its side-effects and death-rate, does someone have an explanation for why hospitalization rates are so much lower, in correlation with increased vaccinations? Even if people are denying the linkage between the vaccine and sudden mysterious symptoms, you’d expect such people to still go to the hospital, no?
