Dr. John Campbell recently posted a YouTube video comparing the pharmacodynamics of Paxlovid to the controversial drug ivermectin. As TrialSite has reported, based on interim clinical trial results Paxlovid has been shown to reduce COVID hospitalization and death risk by 89%, and has filed a request for Emergency Use Authorization. The health educator emphasized that world leaders should investigate the real scientific data about ivermectin. Although fact checkers reject Campbell’s point of view the health educator provides several other studies as possible supporting evidence.
