Columbia Research Reveals Aerobic Exercise May Improve Thinking Skills for Adults of All Ages

Columbia University Medical Center sponsored a study recruiting 132 volunteers aged 20 and older to participate in an experiment to look at the impact of aerobic exercise on cognition and brain structure. If an individual lives an active healthy lifestyle—with a balanced diet and sufficient exercise then, all things being, equal, they will be far healthier than the average American.
